Information collected

Applications may include your name, email, university, department, interests, profile image and links that you submit voluntarily.

Purpose

Information is used to review membership, operate club activities, issue a member profile and communicate official announcements.

Public profiles

Only approved accounts have public member pages. Do not submit a photograph, biography or link that you do not want displayed publicly.

Retention and requests

Membership administrators should remove rejected applications and honour correction or deletion requests. Official CU contact details will be added here before collecting production applications.
